Processing, Inc., (CDP) was established to
provide computer programming
and analysis services to businesses requiring the expertise of outside
consultants, to assist in
strategizing and/or implementing their information technology
objectives. Since its inception in 1980, well over two million man hours
have been provided by CDP consultants to the U.S.
Government and Fortune 500 companies.
In 1995, CDP realized the need for a quality tax filing software
solution. MasterTax
was created as a state-of- the-art Windows 2000/Oracle 8 product
that reliably performs the requirements of
payroll tax payment and reporting. MasterTax was designed for
large corporations with employees in many states. In May of 2002, MasterTaxIP, a browser-based version of
MasterTax became available for use.
As part of its continuing
software development efforts, in February 2002, CDP released the initial
version of the Andromeda
Development Framework, a rapid
development tool for building
Internet applications.
The initial commercial product developed with Andromeda is HRnet, a robust, human resources software package,
that is a pure browser-based solution, which includes the ability to modify
screens and fields for customization. Additional features include: email
alerts, self-service, full audit trail of changes, a report library and
additional reporting tools.
